If dog owners who leave their dogs in their RV all day while out touring and their dogs bark none stop all day while they are gone are made aware of that when when they get back. What do the dog owner...

I'm not a dog owner so I really don't understand the objection owners have to bark collars. Dogs are not dumb and I think would quickly learn not to to sound off all the time. It's a form of training.
Put it on your neck and try it out. You will soon be against shock collars. It hurts!!
uhh...that's the point.
The Point? It borders on abuse. I still challenge you to try it on your neck.
I have professionally trained all types of dogs for over 30 years, for all types of behaviors and never had to hit, slap, poke, shock or otherwise hurt an animal to achieve a training goal.
Shock collars are for people too lazy to train the dog properly.
Put a fur coat on around your neck, then try the collar. Not so bad now!
We crate the dogs in the bedroom, they sleep. We put the air on for them both to keep them comfortable, and as white noise to block out the outside. They sleep.
