Dometic 3-burner cooktop recall

We have been trying to get resolution from Dometic regarding this issue since November 03, 2020. For what we've spent trying to find a suitable alternative means of cooking, I could have bought 2 new stoves outright!
Talking to Dometic is useless! Their CS folks are very nice and easy to deal with but are limited in what they can do for you.
Our Stove/Oven leaks at every connection, every valve, every regulator. And Dometic seems to think sending out a "Patch-Kit" will solve the problem. With all of the issues this unit has, WHY will they not replace the entire unit?
