That very thing happened to me just the other day. The initial individual must have parked just over the line, that forced the next 4 cars to do the same thing. Then I came along,I was making a quick in and out visit, so I parked accordingly, only my line was near a hand-capped site. Man when I came out of the store all the other cars had left, and there I sat about one tire width over the handicapped line. Some guy came up to me and just really exploded, he did not look handicapped in any way, but he came with in a cats whisker of getting his nose rearranged. I finally just backed out and left him venting his spline.
The worst part was it was an extra wide handicapped spot and he had plenty of room. Some days your are the dog and some days you are the hydrant.
