If I had three thumbs, they would all be pointed down, one reserved for the TV station that covered this drivel.
Sure sounds that way. Nothing like a good one sided story for the news. Great investigation by the news staff. No copy of the ticket and no mention of the actual warning and ticket cited. They sure would like you to believe the ticket cites "drinking coffee" as the violation code.
