Don't just run to the RV dealership....

Just had an oil/ filter change and state inspection done at my local Ford dealership ( they have a dedicated truck service center) and the whole thing took 45 mins and $65.00. (Castrol GTX Semi-Synth 5w-20. And a Ford oil filter) price for that same service at rv dealer..... 145.00. Now before someone says "i do my own...." at my age and the fact that in this state we have to get an inspection every year, just makes sense for me

  • I had a free oil change at a dealership, they put in more than 2 quarts too much of the wrong oil. I can't even afford free. By the way, that is the only oil change ever that I didn't do myself, except when an Oldsmobile dealership mistakenly changed my oil in 1965 when the car was in for other service.
