If you want to have some real fun, ask your insurance agent, "How much for a full coverage policy?"

Seriously, anything over 50cc's has to be registered and insured in Utah and meet the standards of the road. That's why lots of scooters are 49cc.

Note: That's to make it legal to drive on the roads. You also must meet the minimum speed requirements for the road.
