I had to reread about the Idaho Tote since I thought I was wrong about how it attached.
Unless I'm very much mistaken the Idaho Tote isn't welded to the 5th wheel. It's bolted to a frame which is welded to the 5th wheel. That letter specifically states that "the tote is welded to the back/frame of the fifth wheel", but it really isn't. Or am I mistaken?
If it isn't directly welded to the frame, then any add-on trailer that attaches to a welded-on frame will qualify as "extension to the fifth wheel".
So is the Idaho Tote welded directly to the frame? Or is it easily removable via a couple bolts?
