Does the Idaho Tote have a title and license?
I am interested in the laws because I want to be able to transport my Motorcycle most likely with a small trailer. I am licensed in SD and they do allow double tow. I just need to know for a FACT if I can tow like that in states that don't allow their residents to do so. California, Oregon and Washington specifically.
The DMV told me if they aren't permanently attached, and can be easily removed, they're a trailer. YMMV.
