Good news, but I'm a bit confused about this statement:
"We consider the Cruiserlift and other similar devices that have two or more attachment points and do not pivot at the attachment point to be but an accessory to extend the load length of the vehicle it is attached to, not a trailer."
When they are referring to "pivot" are they referring to side to side pivoting and not the pivoting up and down to allow the trailer to move vertically independently of the 5th wheel? Nice to see that they refer to it as a load length accessory. They made no reference to anything about it being permanently attached. Good news.
Nice to see the swivel wheel trailers referred to as something other than a simple trailer.
