Drained antifreeze after winterizing; ok or not okay?

First post. I have a somewhat vintage Fleetwood Prowler fifth wheel. Everything works like it was brand new. I have always had someone blow out the water lines with air but last year they used too ...

My concern about leaving the water heater full and pumping anti-freeze through it is that I wonder what percentage is left in the water tank?
I know, you can see the pink stuff coming out the hot faucets but how concentrated is it?
There isn't any overpowering reason to leave the pink stuff in or to drain it out.
I have used both methods for ours but I have never tried to pump it through with the water heater full of water.
