I have seen where folks have done modification of their Fresh Water Tanks by adding elbows and running a pipe to the edge of their camper so when draining, they don't have to crawl under to reach the drain valve. They simply turn a knob. It would be easy to do.
I've also seen others that did similar with their low point drains too.
I suppose it really does depend upon what part of the country you are from, how you handle water conservation. We are fortunate where I'm at to be on our own well. 35 feet down is a massive aquaphor thats, well ... just massive! The only cost for us, is the electricity to pump it up.
