If you're a weekend RVer or only travel to familiar campgrounds, then either convince her that the park water is ok or keep carrying bottled water.
The other option is to filter your water -- and IMHO blue Camco filters just don't cut it. They filter out rocks. That's it.
If you want to avoid bottled water, install an RO (Reverse Osmosis) filter system like this one.
Finally, taste is not always a good indicator of drinking water quality . . . unless you can taste viruses.
