That is what my DW thought our 86 King of the Road should have looked like on the way home from purchase.
We Bought as a Fixer UPPER with a known "Soft" rear floor. Once we got it opened up, we were surprised that we didn't look like the MH in the video.
We ended up replacing the back 6' of a 28' 5er, along with the framing on half of the back wall, and the bottom 18" to and including the wheel well on the drivers side. Cost of materials was less than $200. We used that 5er to decide if we wanted to get back into RVing.


This is the finished repair.
