Interesting thread showing where conversation segues can go.
Suppose .... that the driver was merely taking that piece of junk to a disposal place and using the still-running truck to do it ... instead of paying for a flatbed truck company to load it and transport it there? Makes perfect sense to me considering that not everyone is made out of money.
It also makes wise sense to me instead of leaving it as an eyesore to rot out in a field someplace - like we see all over this country concerning old RV's.
