I'd much rather see it parked next to my hypothetical new Prevost than to follow it down the road in the same hypothetical new Prevost, what with large parts looking like they may very well fall off or out at any moment.

On one hand, seeing that makes me realize that we had class "C"s getting 22 MPG back in the '80s and early 1990s without fancy turbo diesels, or turbos at all.

On the other hand, I understand a driving a dilapidated rig is one thing, but that is almost a safety hazard. If that rear rim dislodges, that could cause serious damage, injury, perhaps death if that flies into a windshield. Similar with the door or other stuff.

Of course, that Toyota Hilux drivetrain likely will outlast civilization as we know it.

Another example of shoddy construction and cheap materials.
