Drones illegal
They just banned the use of any drone in the East Bay Regional Parks here in northern CA. I won't be surprised if the State follows this law by making it illegal in all the State Parks real soon. Next...

As for all you chest beating about your personal airspace, forget it. All shooting will get you is a lawsuit and arrest.

If the FAA requires a 400' ceiling I could see drones need to self limit altitude with license and insurance required to go over. Can't imagine why over 200' would be needed. Just don't fly over the edge of a cliff....
