Drones illegal
They just banned the use of any drone in the East Bay Regional Parks here in northern CA. I won't be surprised if the State follows this law by making it illegal in all the State Parks real soon. Next...

People associate the name "drone" with a drone airplane used by the military and get their panties all in a bunch. If you call them: quadcopters, helicopters, etc... nobody would care. I fly large Rc airplanes which could do a lot of damage if someone wanted to do that with them. Some planes at my local club field are upwards of 30+ pounds and some fly well over 100 mph. My planes have 7-9' wingspans.
We don't need any more stupid laws. I'm ok with just enforcing the laws we have.
