Getting parts is very restricted here. The repair shop has to be ICBC accredited. That's fine but it greatly minimizes where the shop is "allowed" to buy parts from. Their next door neighbor could have a perfectly good front end sitting there for sale, but they cannot buy it from them if they are not an ICBC approved vendor.
As mentioned in a previous post, it is a real gong show. No wonder it's costing 18G to fix it!
Can YOU buy the parts and simply supply them to the shop?
