I bought a couple of computer fans for "near nothing" from a local computer repair shop. Wired them to a 12 volt source (with a tiny on/off toggle switch). They are quite small (about 4" square, 1/2" thick),virtually silent, and with the cabinet door open, move enough air to keep things cool.
