Dual waste tank hookup

My new trailer has separate drain pipes a distance apart ( one gray-one black ) unlike my old camper. Any advice on what is needed to make the two hoses connect into one so it goes into the underground dump tank ? Some type of elbow device? It's in a seasonal campsite. The dealer did not cover it in the demo.
