- Luke_PorterExplorerGo to the pumps out front, they take credit cards.
- ADAD437Exploreri don't stop at love's, i think they are the most rv unfriendly on the road.
- wtmtnhikerExplorerI had the same problem last week only at a T/A. I pulled around to the car isles which were wide enough and had enough overhead clearance for me to use. I try to plan ahead for Pilot or Flying J when possible for this reason. I also use the Next Exit guide book so I have a better idea on the "RV Friendly" stations.
- 2500_GruntExplorerI pulled into one in Quartzsite, AZ last month and it worked with my debit card but it was or is not suppose to work?? I phoned the cashier inside while pumping with a question about the price and she said it was not suppose to go thru only as stated above.
- Kentucky_Rambl1ExplorerThe extra nickel a gallon is what a lot of truck stops charge for using credit.
- GsturnerExplorerI think the "podium" card reader at the diesel pumps are set up to read only fleet provided cards (such as the Fleet One OTR card I use in the charter bus I drive). Regular credit card would need to be left at the fuel desk, go out and pump, then walk back in to pay.
- JEBarExplorerin order to put fuel in the tanks on both sides of the truck at Love's we have to use the big truck lanes .... my wife goes in to the fuel desk and makes arrangements for them to turn on the pumps and when I'm through, goes back in and pays the bill .... we don't often stop at Love's any more because in NC they charge us about a nickel more to take on fuel in the big truck lanes than they do in the automotive lanes .... no clue why
Jim - SpleenstomperExplorerHaha. Thanks,
