Dumping grey water in large quantities (500 gallons).

500 gallons is a lot of grey water. Why not just dump it in a sewer, etc. and don't bother with all the filters?

I don't think a government worker will confuse grey water with black water. But they may question why you are dumping 500 gallons of any water.
