I've only camped without sewer a few times but both times friends with me just pulled into a sewer site when the others left and were able to take their time with no lines. I camp in a truck camper and leave the site, not too sure I'd be too happy if I found someone using my site to dump. Point being, it may be tough to know when a site has been vacated. $0.02
