My suggestion. Just chill. So you get home 1 hour later than you planned...so what?
For us, camping is about relaxing. If you are going to let other people control your moods, you will probably not have many enjoyable camping experiences, because not everyone does things the way you would do them, and some people are inconsiderate.
But you need to remember that not all RVers are retired yet. Some of us have to get home, get unpacked, do laundry, eat dinner, go to bed and go to work tomorrow. That hour could be the difference between being able to go camping that weekend or not.
Common sense and courtesy dictate that if you have a line behind you, you try to be a little quicker and perhaps not go through your full dump, refill, dump, spray wand, dump, etc etc process. If I have full hookups or no line then I take more time to really clean it. On a holiday weekend with 10 campers in line behind me, I dump the black tank, dump the gray tank and run some water straight into my toilet while dumping the gray. When the gray is done, I redump the black tank and put everything away. Takes me about 5-7 minutes and the line keeps moving.
