it is what it is, ya ain't gonna change it, so deal with it, all the time with a big old smile :) :)
venting helps to blow off some steam at the annoyance but honestly people put WAY too much time into allowing this stuff to fester. We can say the same about every stinkin' line I had to wait in...from roller coaster lines to lines at DMV, waiting in line in traffice, etc. etc. let it go. you'll own less gray hair in the end! :)
Thanks. That was the point I was trying to make earlier, but you were more succinct.
The only behavior one is able to control is his own. Getting angry or frustrated just doubles the effect the other person has on you. He wins twice, because Now he's made you to wait in line...AND you have chosen to make yourself angry and frustrated.
