It doesn't necessarily go to the same place. Many parks have multiple septic systems. It may very well be possible that multiple dumpings in a full service row beyond that waste from the site occupants could overwhelm that particular system. Drain fields are engineered for a certain mount of waste. Send excessive amounts and problems occur. It may not be as simple as everyone seems to think it is.
