I agree.
Concerns against are: more traffic going through the campground to use FHU sites to dump; smells, mess, etc., that may occur at the FHU sites bothering the guests who paid for nearby sites.
Concerns for are: lessen demand at dump station.
I think the park management should get to choose which concerns get addressed. To just say "I'm lessening the traffic at the dump site, so no problem" is only seeing YOUR personal view - because you would have to wait in that line, but ignoring other people's view by creating issues in the campground. Ask if it's OK and abide by the answer.
