Here is the difference.
These are full hookup sites (pull through). I marked the sewer connections with yellow dots. Each site is @ 2' to 3' lower in elevation towards the bottom of the picture. There are 16 full hook up sites out of 265 total sites.
I suppose we should just open the FHU sites to be dump stations for the other 249 sites? It does not matter that most of those stub ups are in landscape areas at a higher elevation than the adjacent pad that is within 20' to 30' away? I guess it does not matter that the people on the next site get to sit and watch you pull in, dump and leave?

Maybe it's too inconvenient to hit the general dump station on the way out if your on an undeveloped or electric only site which looks like this and is paved with containment curbs for a reason?
