Yes, you should be able to connect to the sewer system. You should contacted your sewer utility company to verify before you make a physical connection. You can also just dump through the cleanout that should be adjacent to the house using a sewer tote.

I think the best place to answer your question would be a visit to your local code office. None of us knows what your codes are. You'll get answers say 'yes, do this'.... but is it legal where you live?

Sorry I was not clear. We are downsizing to a smaller home on property allowing MH to be there. We are on municipal water and sewer. My husband seems to think we can somehow tap into municipal line and maybe that is what some of you are saying. I thought if we didn't have private septic tank/line we couldn’t do it. I read about septic service could suck toilet out so strong so if we go that route emptying into separate bigger tank good idea. What do you think now that I have edited my version?

Have you checked to ensure it's legal to live in an RV on the property as the primary residence. Many jurisdictions don't allow it and all it takes is one complaint.

Few years back, a property owner down the road from us (rural area) put an RV on his lot and buried a large holding tank in the ground for it. Wasn't long afterwards that he knocked on our door asking us to sign a petition against the township so that he could keep the RV there. The RV and holding tank were gone shortly after that. Mobile homes are allowed no problem but must have approved septic systems.

The best option is the idea of having porta-potty outfit come out.
In additon, I would get a large tank and get it buried next to rig. Leave hatch exposed, use tank on MH, then drain into tank over and over. That way the orta-potty truck won't have to come as often, meaning less money spent on pump out.
Best not to allow vacuum truck to suck too hard on MH tanks! Could collapse them.

You do realize that such an action is illegal in nearly every state, I hope.
In fact, even dumping grey water on the ground is illegal in many places!
"Remote" has nothing to do with having no septic tank. There is a lot of land that is just outside the City Limits that no one has ever installed a septic tank on, and there is no city sewer available. When some one buys the land, and wants to build on it, then and only then will a perc test be done, and a septic tank will be installed sized to match the soon-to-be-built house.

Dumping your black tank on the ground in an area where you have your RV parked for people to stay in? Really? Eventually the smell is going to travel quite a distance. I live in the country and have neighbors with pigs, cows, and goats. I don't mind the smell from those animals but when a septic dumping truck drops a load of human waste on my neighbor's field and he plows it in immediately, THAT STINKS.
