Sorry to read about your problem. Did you call them back? If not call them and what about the dealer who sold it to you what did they say? It shouldn't be you to do all the process, it's the dealer responsibility. If all fails, I'd send a regristered letter to both the dealer and the manufacture with all the facts and all what was done so far, asking them to correct the issue within a reasonable time. If no answer or reply to your satifaction then if there is such a process in your state bring them to small claims court, if not see a lawyer. There always social media that seems to work!
