Dealer doesn't want anything to do with it, says it's our problem and call Dutchman. Been talking with Keystone and waiting for call back since last week. Has been in shop 6 times trying to get it fixed. Wrote to Better Business Bureau with complaint. What we would like is a new unit to replace this one as it is a defect according to the representative they sent out.
