I would strongly encourage every wife/significant other to at least learn how to drive/pull your home away from home. LOL!! Yes - Girly Camping Trips are a blast!! There's a couple of women in our kayaking group who are dear friends, so when we plan a weekend camping/paddling event, I tell them I'm bringing the BIG "tent". I might have a slight advantage because I showed horses - have been pulling/backing big heavy trailers for eons - but ANY woman who's able-bodied and a decent driver, should be able to at least take over the wheel for a while.
On edit: She should be able to drive assuming her co-pilot isn't driving her crazy ;-) I am lucky in that Ed trusts my driving and enjoys his chance to sight-see when I take the wheel.
