Have NEVER had this problem. MOST CGS arte happy to have people come in at different times, so as NOT to create a huge backup at the counter. If your site is open they are happy for you to go to it.
One CG even has express check in. You don't even have to stop at the office. Just drive on in. IF your site is not empty yet. You just park out of the way, and wait until it is open. You have full use of the CG until it is.
