What if it was on the leaving end? Would that make any difference to you?
Say you were 2 or 3 hours late in leaving the CG. You run your AC or AC's for 2 to 3 more hours. That means the CG would have to pay the power company for power you did not pay for. It makes a big difference if everybody did that.
