Early arrival.

Agree this is no fair, but unless your sites are not reserved in advance, how do the early arrivals get into the park to exhibit this behavior?

At one time we allowed early arrivals whose sites were no yet available to park on the premises. We no longer allow that due to that behavior. Since we instituted an early arrival fee that is disclosed multiple places we have seen a dramatic decrease in those early arrivals.
