I have hose on a valve connected to the pump. I put the hose in a bottle of anti-freeze, open the valve, turn on the pump, open all the taps one at a time including the toilet, and then pour some anti-freeze in the fresh water holding tank and the black and gray tanks. Usually takes about 10-15 minutes and a gallon to a gallon and a half of anti-freeze.
Of course before I do any of this I drain the hot water tank, and turn the water heater bypass valve.
