All I do is drain the fresh tank, run the water pump about 30 seconds, put water heater in by-pass and drain it, use 40 psi air to blow out all lines and open the low point drains. Then pour some antifreeze in the sink, lav, and shower traps plus a little on the flapper and toilet. 15 minutes plus a 1/2 gallon of antifreeze and done. No antifreeze taste next year either.
I tried this one year and it worked for the most part. I have 4 valves in the wet bay to select city water, tank fill etc, 2 of the valves leaked in the spring and had to be replaced.
