eating lunch at the fuel pumps

He started to yap about his trip back to Ohio and how good his lunch was. My wife thanked me for not confronting him about how rude he was to tie up the pump with people waiting in line to fuel up. BTW I waited over 20 minutes to get to the pump.....
Should I have let this self centered jerk have a piece of my mind??

Of course, maybe the guy was a retired trucker, OTR Trucker, owned a trucking business, (or?) being vindictive for being "taken to the cleaners" by Flying J . . . .
