I had a pump that did not start at zero. It had about 60 cents on it.
I went back in and told the owner and he said that is the way it is. :R
Well, I know better so, I took the phone number off the sticker on the pump for weights and measures and reported him. Messing with gas pumps is serious business and carries some real hefty fines.
I hope he enjoyed making 60 cents off each customer cause he's going to need it to pay the gov. fines.
