I'm pretty sure it's a Camco product and very inexpensive. Other than that, I know nothing.

X2, Eaz lift was the old original brand name that many have copied, Husky, Camco, etc. It's the original WD hitch and I ran one for about 9 years with an add on friction control and it worked OK. Dealers love this style because it's a $280 hitch that they can sell for $600 as "part of the deal", or "throw it in" to close the deal.
Dealers are familiar with this style, and with some, it's the only hitch they're familiar with and know how to install. It's the most commonly seen setup on the road and is adequate for most uses.
Nothing wrong with that setup, but the Dual Cam and Equalizer (which I run now) are superior. Go with one of those brands if you want to upgrade but make sure the dealer knows how to install 'em. Most don't have a clue and in the case of the Dual Cam end up drilling extra holes in the frame because they mounted the brackets in the wrong place initially. The Equalizer uses a clamp-one bracket so if it's in the wrong place, you can move it.
