The only two EV’s that indicate they will be 4 down towable is Rivian and Lordstown. Rivian goes into production in about 6 to 8 months and no idea on Lordstown. No other manufacturer has indicated that they will allow four down towing.
In answer to you question though, yes, if you tow a leaf the batteries will charge...although you will probably void your warranty. Leafs are towed on dollys though but since they are front wheel drive it’s not an issue.
A Tesla will also charge, but you would need someone in the drivers seat to make it work as the car goes into park as soon as there is no one in the drivers seat. Also, see earlier comments on warranty
Although Rivian publishes that their SUV and truck will be four down towable they do not indicate if it will be able to charge.
