GoPower 150w sine wave.Excellent inverter(shop around). I have the 300w version. Very low idle draw. Provision for a remote power switch. Should work great for your intended use.
Yes connect the inverter chassis to the frame. Not sure if the small 150w even has a provision. No need to be concerned with the 120v output ground. On-board independendent source does not need the output grounded, just plug your device in directly.
