The sensors are have plugs on them but getting to them can be a pain. I don't know if they will function with them unplugged but you could carefully peel it off the tank and let it hang.
If you get that far I suggest installing an in tank sprayer even if you already have one. My sprayer is on the opposite wall and does a poor job of cleaning the sensors. Installing the second one and using quick disconnects on both sprayers makes it easy to switch from one to the other. There is a faucet in my bay with a very short hose with a quick disconnect on it. I can use pump water or shoreline water.
You can buy a flexible hose wand to insert into the tanks via the outlets but that is a bit nasty.
It is impossible to fill the toilet with the flush valve since you are in the lockout mode. Pushing the flush button for 8 seconds will give you up to 5 flushes but that won't put enough water in.
