It should not feel any different. If it does you have a serious problem, either with sway or with the sway control system.
Per the advertising material the sway control system is meant for keeping things under control during emergency maneuvers, not for normal everyday travel. If it's activating regularly as you go down the road, it's burning up your trailer brakes, burning extra fuel, and masking a condition that will turn around and bite you eventually.
