I have owned a 10K, 12K and now a 14K EQUALIZER hitch.
Each time I moved up, a entire new hitch was required.
Equalizer even published this in their lititure.
Recently in another discussion, a member stated that the 12K and 14K bars are interchangable.
I never followed up on that, as it isn't important to me... Perhaps things have changed and the bars are now interchangable, at least in some cases.
