I only notice sway when traveling on the freeway (60 mph) and when passed by a semi.

If those are your loaded weights,
your sway might be caused by two small a tongue weight percentage -- 680/6600 = 10.3%.
You might want to change the loading of the TT to see if you can get the tongue weight percentage up to about 13%
That might eliminate your sway problem.
