Campin LI...those new pins do exactly what thefulminator's idea addressed, i.e. keeping the L-pin RAISED so that it doesn't bind on the bar. The bars only slide back and forth, they should NOT move up and down, except under maybe the most extreme downward drop angle of the whole TV relative to the TT. The weight distribution and sway reduction is a function of the bars sliding on the L-brackets.

Clarification: When I say perpendicular, I mean perpendicular to the normal back and forth motion on the L-bracket. Not up and down motion where the bar would lose contact with the L-bracket.
