Excellent Service From Reese

When we purchased out trailer in 2008, we purchased a Reese Dual Cam system to tow it with. Recently, I noticed a bulge on the ball mount near the top of the left trunnion mount. I contacted Reese (Cequent) through their website, and emailed photos of the ball mount. Later that day, I received an email back stating that a new ball mount was being shipped to me. I received it today. It is a new design, and is obviously much stronger with thicker walls around the trunnion mounts.

I could not be happier with the prompt, hassle-free service from Reese.

  • I also got excellent service from Reese, also for a hitch-head problem. I didn't even need to send them a pic. Called them up, told them about the break (upper trunion cup) and they 2nd-day aired me another.

    Could you post a pic?

    I've noticed that the bottom pocket where the spring bar sits is getting stretched oblong. It doesn't look worn, just elongated.
    Maybe I'll contact them myself.
