Amazon has a good policy where the makers of products actually read reviews, and respond to them. That keeps the internet trolls at bay.
The RVParkReviews website is in the process of being migrated to a new server with substantially more capabilities. The new user interface will be much more modern and will offer a multitude of new features. I've been told that one of those will be the ability of park owners to make a response to a posted review, as is the case on TripAdvisor.
I'm not sure if all the new features will be available at once when the migration is complete, but over the next year you should see many improvements in an already good website.
