I just got back from kentucky derby and stayed at that parking lot-- no expectations of quiet time! Those people were vampires, well-- quiet time was 6 am to 8 am. We had a blast (and my horse came in seoond!! -- very small owner of commanding curve). I'd go back. It was a lot of fun. Normally I'm a go to bed at 9 p.m. person, but I knew before booking that I wasn't going to have my way. Brought ear plugs, sound machine, etc.
